Block Glow

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Puzzler Games handles information in Block Glow and related support services. Block Glow is an ad-supported Android puzzle game published under the package name com.puzzlergames.blockglow.

Information we collect

Block Glow does not require an account and does not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos, or files.

Block Glow stores game progress on your device, including scores, coins, cups, unlocked levels, badges, daily rewards, audio settings, haptic settings, arcade progress, water-sort tube balance, current session state, ad reward state, purchase unlock state, tutorial state, accepted terms state, and similar gameplay information. This information is used to run the game and preserve your progress.

If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.

Advertising and third-party services

Block Glow uses Google AdMob to show ads, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads. The app may also use Google's User Messaging Platform where privacy choices are required. Google and its partners may collect and share data for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Data processed by Google advertising services may include approximate location derived from device or network information, app interactions such as ad impressions and clicks, diagnostics, and device or other identifiers such as advertising IDs or app-set identifiers.

The optional Remove Ads purchase removes bottom banner ads and forced interstitial ads when Google Play confirms ownership. Rewarded ads remain available because they are optional reward features that players choose to watch for in-game benefits.

Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the game grants the reward only after the ad provider reports that the reward was earned.

Purchases

Block Glow may use Google Play Billing for optional purchases such as Remove Ads. Google Play processes the payment. The app receives purchase status and product information needed to unlock or restore the purchase, but we do not receive your full payment card, bank account, or billing credentials.

Sharing and score sharing

Block Glow may let you share the app or a high-score summary through the Android share sheet. The app creates share text and, for high-score sharing, may generate a clean result image. You choose the destination app. The destination app may process the shared content according to its own terms and privacy policy.

When you use the app share option, Block Glow may grant a one-time local bonus of water-sort tubes. These rewards are virtual gameplay features with no cash value and are stored as local progress on your device.

How information is used

Information is used to provide gameplay features, save local progress, show and measure ads, run analytics, prevent fraud or abuse, improve reliability, enable optional sharing features, respond to support requests, and comply with legal requirements.

Data sharing

We do not sell local gameplay progress. Information may be processed or shared with service providers such as Google AdMob and Google Play where needed for advertising or marketing, analytics, fraud prevention, security, compliance, consent handling, diagnostics, purchases, and technical operation. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Children

Block Glow is a general-audience game. It is not directed specifically to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support contact, email us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

Block Glow does not provide user accounts. You can reset local game progress by clearing the app's data in Android settings or uninstalling the app. You can manage advertising choices through Android, Google, and device settings where available. If a privacy choices option appears inside the app, you can use it to manage available ad consent choices. You can also contact us for privacy questions or deletion requests related to support emails you sent us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
